Rich’s guest today, Megan Hottman is an attorney who, at 29 years old, founded a law office that exclusively serves injured cyclists. She also races as a professional cyclist, has competed in several World Cups and was even featured on HBO Real Sports. Megan is a top performer on the cusp of turning 40 and is naturally wondering what’s next.
