It’s not what you’re doing; it’s who you’re being when you’re doing that. There’s only one way to do it, whatever “it” is, and that’s your way. Every single one of us is a unique human being who has our own way that we can be successful in our own right, and we can do it that way better than anyone else. It’s hard to realize this because of all of the self-limiting beliefs that are rooted in pressures from social media. Rich’s clients today, Rene and Dan, are having a hard time creating their path in a way that’s genuine to their own person.

Rene took a brave step when she decided to become a professional coach just 2 years before she was set to retire from a 28-year successful corporate career. She came seeking permission to pursue her own path. Dan spent most of his career rehabilitating some of the most dangerous and violent criminal offenders in the world before he became a coach. He was searching for the reason why he was not doing what was most important to him. Rich is able to mess with their thinking to the point that they experience their insights in heavy silence.
