Praveen coaches brilliant leaders in the tech world. But he feels like he is hiding. He feels like he's in a place of comfort as a coach. He feels that he's not really stepping up as a leader. I draw out a distinction that shifts everything for him, based on a 2,500 year old quote by Lao Tzu: "A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves..."
