Coaching is about more than having a coaching business. For most of human history, it wasn’t called coaching, it was called leadership. Rich’s guest today, Shelley Paxton, has spent her entire career as a leader. Shelley is the former Chief Marketing Officer for Harley Davidson, one of the most iconic brands on the planet. Her book is going to be published in January by Simon and Schuster, a mainstream publisher. She is wondering how she can craft the funnel for her business. However, Rich doesn’t like the word funnel, especially for a rebel like Shelley. So, he helps her to create a rebellious program by putting a thousand-dollar cheeseburger on her menu. Don’t know what that means? Well, Rich is going to tell you all about it! If you are crafting out a business and want to know what to put out as opportunities for people to work with you then this is really fun!
