In 2007, Angela met a very inspiring man. A year later, she quit her job to help this young Senator, with an unusual name, run for President. People told her she was crazy.

When Barack Obama became President of the United States, she spent 7 years in the White House, as his personal aide.

In this coaching session, I break the coaching ‘rules’. I step into leadership. I tell her what I think.

I tell Angela to stop being selfish. It's time for her to share the leadership lessons she learned sitting next to and observing one of the most fascinating presidents in recent history…
